偷閒不會蒐集你的任何資料。所有紀錄都只存在你自己的裝置裡，不登入帳號、不上傳、不追蹤。

App 不用註冊、不用登入、沒有伺服器，也沒有分析工具、廣告或第三方追蹤程式，沒網路照樣能用。你留下的各款遊戲最高分與進度、每日一題的紀錄與連續天數、試玩次數、已購買的解鎖狀態、語言與靜音設定，只存在這台裝置的本機儲存空間（localStorage）。
App 裡的付費項目是解鎖遊戲：解鎖單款遊戲、解鎖全部遊戲，以及買過單款之後補差價升級為全部，每一項都是一次買斷，不是訂閱制。付款由 App Store 處理，你的信用卡或付款資料我們收不到、也不會存；我們只看得到「買過了」這件事。
資料只在你裝置裡，要刪也只有你能刪：解除安裝 App，資料就沒了；只有試玩次數會留在鑰匙圈，那只是幾個數字，沒有其他內容。你自己存到 iCloud 或別的地方的備份檔，也請你自己刪。
這個 App 不是針對兒童製作的，但不管誰用、幾歲，我們一律不蒐集資料。
這份政策有改動的話，會更新本頁最上面的「最後更新」日期；改得多會在 App 裡或商店頁面說一聲。

A While (偷閒) collects no personal data. Everything you create (best scores and progress for each game, the daily puzzle record and streak, trial play counts, purchase unlock status, language and mute settings) is stored only in your device's local storage; we never see it. The trial play count is also kept in the iOS Keychain on this device, so it survives uninstalling the app (to stop a delete and reinstall from resetting the free trial); it is not synced to iCloud and we cannot read it. On iOS you may choose to back up to your own iCloud; we never receive it. No account, no server, no analytics, no ads, no third-party tracking; the app works offline. Data leaves your device only when you share the daily puzzle result yourself. The app offers optional one-time in-app purchases (unlock a single game, unlock all games, or upgrade to all games after buying a single one); payment is handled by the App Store and we never receive your payment details. Not designed for children; we collect no data from anyone. To delete your data, uninstall the app (only the trial play count remains in the Keychain). Contact: hi.midnight.sharp@gmail.com.
